Hi, I’m Cortney! I am a full-time trainer and comedian! I am passionate about education and making people laugh. I have a degree in Broadcasting and Education... which pretty much means I love to talk and teach! I am a youth fitness instructor, former wrestling coach, and I volunteer my time teaching kids how to do CPR as well as other first aid skills. My favorite thing about training is meeting such amazing people and hearing such great stories! 

My goal is to be a one-stop shop for all your training needs. I am constantly adding trainings to my list and would love to hear what kind of training interests you! I hope one day I have the pleasure to meet YOU!
